Everyone was very professional in their responsibilities, kind & helpful, and answered our questions while also resolving our concerns.
My first impression with Thermpros was with Mike at the start of the project. He communicated fantastically with us, addressed all our questions and was happy to be detailed and walk us through any concerns or issues we had regarding the project.
Erin was tremendously communicative as well. Always reachable with text and responding quickly back in a timely manner. She was great to contact and let know about any issues with the project, since she always took care to address the problem/concerns once we let her know about them and resolved them as quick as she was able.
The onsite teams working were also great, they were very hardworkers and amicable. Approachable and effective in their work.
